We work with young people, families, schools, and charitable organisations, and welcome enquiries at different stages. Whether you’re exploring options, looking to refer a young person, or interested in working with us.
For parents and carers
If you’re considering The Shyft for a young person, feel free to get in touch to discuss suitability, upcoming programmes, or how sessions work in practice.
For schools and organisations
We partner with schools, colleges, and organisations to support young people approaching the transition into adulthood. If you’d like to explore how The Shyft could complement your provision, we’d be glad to speak.
For participants
If you’re interested in joining a programme, you’re welcome to get in touch directly or ask a parent, carer or teacher to contact us on your behalf.
For employers
We work with employers who are interested in creating more inclusive workplaces. This includes practical support on how to hire, onboard and retain individuals with additional needs, as well as opportunities to connect with young people as they prepare for work. If this is something you’re exploring, we’d be happy to start a conversation.
